University Application Process

1. First consultation

Consult experts that would explain the process of applying to a University and discuss your study and career goals.

2. Choose where you want to study

Your consultant will assess your academic background and suggest three universities where you will be able to secure offers.

3. Create your application

A consultant in most cases review and edit your personal statement, CV, reference letters and application forms.

4. Check your English level

An IELTS practice test will allow the experienced International Language staffs to assess your current Language level. The results of your language test would lead you on how best to reach your target.

5. Receive your university offer

You will receive conditional or unconditional offers when successfully meet the admission criteria. A consultant can assist you in making the right choice.

6. Secure your student visa

For example in USA, requirements for a student visa includes the following;

Valid international passport and/or previously issued passports.

  • Recent passport size photograph with a white background (50mm x 50mm)
  • DS-160 confirmation page with barcode.
  • HDFC visa application fee receipts.
  • VFS appointment letter.
  • SEVIS receipt and I-120.

2019 UK University Entry

June 30

Final deadline for all applications. If the application is not received by 18:00, you will enter Clearing.

Clearing opens.

July 13

If you applied by 30 June and are awaiting final decisions, universities will have decided by this point.

July 20

If you received all university decisions by 14 July, you must reply to offers by this date or they will be declined.

August 17

GCE, A-Level and Diploma results day. Clearing begins.

September 20

Final deadline for 2017 applications.

October 23

Last date to add Clearing choices and for unis/colleges to make decisions.

2019 UK University Entry

September 6

Completed UCAS applications can be submitted to UCAS.

October 15

Deadline for the universities of Oxford and Cambridge, and for most courses in medicine, veterinary medicine/science, and dentistry.

January 15

Deadline for the majority of undergraduate courses.

February 25

UCAS Extra opens.

March 24

Deadline for some art and design courses.

June 30

Applications received after June 30 are entered into Clearing.

July 4

Last date to apply in UCAS Extra for 2018 entry.

July 5

2019 UCAS Clearing opens.

September 20

Final deadline for 2018 entry applications.
