The Shell scholarship programme commenced in the 1950s with awards to qualified Africans in various fields of study both within and outside Africa. Many of them returned home and some still occupy key positions in public service, commerce and industry.
The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (Operator of the NNPC/SHELL /TEPN/AGIP Joint Venture) Scholarship Scheme offers Scholarship positions in USA to all Africans the opportunity to study with an annual grant from the SPDC JV for the full duration of their course.
The programme aims to promote academic excellence and improve the skills of young African Generations
This Scholarship Forum would continue to partner with groups and appropriate institutions in USA to identify
potentials amongst the disadvantage interested candidates and help them develop their potentials through
offer of scholarships.
Study Program: Scholarship funds are available for pursuing the undergraduate,masters and PhD degree
programme.
Study Major: Scholarship funds are awarded to study the subjects offered by the university.

Be registered in Fall 2018 term and in the previous winter term (Winter 2018)
Have satisfactory academic standing
Have a valid study permit
Have demonstrated financial need: - English Language Requirements: The candidate should have a very good command of English language. Therefore, the application should be written in English.
