The Work Study Program at McGill University offers students with financial need access to clerical, research, technical, library or other jobs on campus or in some of the McGill University-affiliated hospitals and organizations. The program not only helps students financially but can develop career-related skills and experience.

The Scholarships and Student Aid Office is committed to ensuring that qualified students from any geographic region are financially supported in their goals to enter and complete academic programs at the University.

Scholarship Description:

  • Application Deadline: October 15, 2019
  • Course Level: Undergraduates, Masters and PhD are available to pursue the doctoral program.
  • Study Subject: Undergraduates, Masters and PhD are awarded to learn any of the courses available at McGill University.
  • Scholarship Award: $35,000, renewable twice.
  • Number of Scholarships: Not Known
  • Nationality: All Nationalities
  • Scholarship can be taken in Canada

Eligibility: To be eligible for scholarship candidate must:

  • written statement of support from a UON supervisor
  • met admission eligibility criteria

Successful international scholarship candidates usually also have:

  • A certificate with strong research component
  • International passport

Value of Scholarship: A scholarship funded by the McGill University.

  • An annual living allowance $26, 682 per annum (2018 rate – indexed annually)
